dont buy from this companyOnce this company has your card details, they will continue taking money until you put a stop to it. You do NOT have to set up a subscription — I didn’t, and my account clearly shows no active subscription. I ordered a one‑month supply and it took weeks to arrive. I never reordered, yet on 20th April I received an email saying “thank you for your order”. I know for certain I did not place another order, and I am not in any subscription. They have simply reused my card details from my one‑off purchase and charged me again without permission. I have emailed repeatedly and had no response. After seeing other reviews reporting the same behaviour, it’s clear this is not a one‑off mistake. THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THEM TAKING MONEY IS TO CONTACT YOUR BANK AND LITERALLY REPORT THEM AS FRAUDULENT — OTHERWISE THEY WILL KEEP TAKING PAYMENTS. I’ve had no choice but to report the transaction as unauthorised. Be very wary ordering from this company — in my experience, their practices are fraudulent.

Bloom And Bond the company that takes your money but doesn't suppy the product!I ordered from Bloom and Bond on the 17th of April! Delivery tracking and tracking was awful. Then suddenly while I was on holiday they said they had delivered it. When I returned home I opened my locked postage box and there was general post but no delivery. I checked with neighbours just incase the delivery driver had given my parcel to them. No it hadn't, I contacted the company who eventually came back to me saying it had been delivered. I told them it hadn't and they've been no help at all. They have flooded the online market with their adverts. So Ive lost my money because this scaming company failed to supply what I paid for. Now having checked other reviewing sites its apparent they do this a lot. Avoid like the plague!
